Some weeks I spend $21 a pound on butter from North Florida, other weeks I make it myself. It’s gotta be raw so it separates into cream and milk!
When I tell people I make my own butter they are so impressed, I think because people overestimate the difficulty of the seemingly archaic process. Thanks to technology I can spend more time doomscrolling and questioning my existence and less time manually churning. Let’s get back to basics everyone have a great Saturday.
